“Open Ended”
If I jump into this space
before me,
will I find the ground?
The ground for hope?
The ground for gratitude?
The ground for acceptance?
The ground for compassion?
The ground for equanimity?
The ground for grace?
The ground for love?
I will take the risk
for, whatever is there to catch me
will be of my own making.
